Refund Policy
1. Publication guarantee
If we are unable to publish your story on the minimum number of trusted Australian media outlets included in your chosen paid package, you are entitled to a full refund.
Where possible, we may first offer to re submit the order or correct the issue. You may still choose a full refund if the guaranteed minimum publication count is not met.
2. Writing service refunds
If you cancel before writing begins, the writing fee is refundable.
Once writing has started, the writing fee is non refundable, as time and resources have already been allocated to your article.
3. Publishing package refunds
If you cancel before the publishing process has started, paid publishing fees are refundable.
Once publishing has started, publishing fees are non refundable unless we fail to meet the guaranteed minimum publication count included in your package.
4. Customer supplied content
If you do not purchase journalist writing, you must provide a publishing ready article or press release. You are responsible for the accuracy of the content you submit, including spelling, grammar, business details, links, and factual claims.
5. Corrections
If an error appears in the live article due to a mistake made by our team, we will work with you to correct and re publish the content where possible.
6. Refund timing
Refund requests will be reviewed within 24 business hours.
Approved card refunds may take 5 to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank. PayPal refunds are usually visible immediately in your PayPal account.
